My Goals

Here are my revamped goals! I will be adding to them as I think of them and letting everyone know when I achieve them.

Health Goals
Off insulin by November 15th 2015
Off Ramapril by January 15th 2016
Off Metformin by January 15th 2016
No major colds leading to missed work for 6+ months

Exercise Goals
30min Walk every day
Kettle Bell workout at least 1 time per week
Start jogging 1 time per week by August 2015
Start jogging 2 times per week by October 2015
Jog everyday by February 19th 2016

Weight Goals
1st Goal: 350 lbs by April 1st 2015
2nd Goal: 325 lbs by July 1st 2015
3rd Goal: 299 lbs by October 1st 2015
4th Goal: 275 lbs by December 31st 2015 (My high school weight)
5th Goal: 250 lbs by February 19th 2016/my birthday (My junior high school weight)
6th Goal: 225 lbs by May 1st 2016 (I think I will be happy about here)

Body Fat
1st Goal: 50% July 2015
2nd Goal: 25% February 2016
Final Goal: 10% August 2016
